HKR Golf Frequently Asked Questions
Not every website is the same, not every product is the same. Below are a few questions we assume that you will have about us and our products.
We also have a form for you to ask us a question if you don’t see the answer you are looking for.
Where do you ship to?
We sell our products wherever you are.
If you have a mailing address and an un-stolen credit card will ship to you.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost will depend on how many products you order and where you live.
We are offering FREE SHIPPING to the US and Canada for all orders over $100 and a $10 Flat Fee for customers in Saskatchewan.
How will my order be shipped?
Currently, we are shipping all orders with Canada Post.
If you think you will want something shipped quicker, please contact us prior to ordering and we can work something out with a courier.
Where will my shipments be coming from?
Product shipments will be coming from Regina, SK, Canada.
We use Canada Post. This means once it leaves Canada, it will be your country’s postal system that takes over delivery. It might take a bit longer than a courier, but you won’t be disappointed.
Where are your products made?
Our products are purchased from all over the world.
We buy from a Canadian Wholesaler when we can, but the products are made all over the world as well.
Other items are produced in other countries only because we were unable to source a Canadian supplier.
We are always looking for Canadian suppliers to work with, but it is difficult.
If you are one or know of one, we would love to hear about it.
Currently, all the branding of our products is also done locally in Regina, SK, Canada. Some items are even produced locally in Regina, SK.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
In-stock orders will ship within 48 hours and depending on where you live in Canada will arrive in 2 to 10 days. Outside of Canada … probably 14 to 21 days.
We can always use a courier if you would like your items quicker. Contact us before ordering.
Due to COVID 19 these times may vary.
Any products that are back-ordered items will take an additional 7 to 10 days.
Can I track my package?
Yes and no.
We use Canada Post to ship items.
If a package is small enough that regular postage can be used then it is cheaper for you and/or us.
If we are shipping a hat or a hoodie or multiple items, then the size and weight make a shipment a “parcel” and the shipment automatically receives a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by the original customer within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition. (un-worn, un-used, un-washed) and include all original tags still intact,
Returns and exchanges are only available on Canadian orders only. Free returns and exchanges are not available on international orders.
Items purchased during a sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Do you donate items to chariry or fundraising?
Thank you for your interest in HKR Golf.
We would love to donate items to charities and fundraising events. But, as a small business, we can’t afford to just give away our products.
However, if you would like to purchase products we would be happy to either provide a discount on your order … or depending on the amount purchased, we could donate a few items with the order.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Thank you for your interest in HKR Golf.
As much as we would love to see our products in stores across the planet we have no plans to offer wholesale pricing.
We started HKR Golf to provide quality products at lower prices. There is probably not enough room in our margins for a store to make money.
However, if you have any ideas we love to collaborate, so please contact us.
